The gas utility sector places an paramount emphasis on safety and integrity management for its network of high-pressure transmission and low-pressure distribution pipelines. Asset management solutions are used to monitor for corrosion, detect leaks, and ensure compliance with stringent safety regulations. While the specific assets and risks differ, the fundamental principles of data-driven, lifecycle asset management are common across all these vital sectors.
